Psychoanalytic Approach

Nina’s use of the psychoanalytic approach, a therapeutic technique that aims to bring the unconscious parts of a patient's mind into awareness, underscores her belief in the immense potential of introspective examination.

She believes that the therapeutic process is less of a linear path and more of a profound journey, inviting her clients to delve deeper into their psyche to facilitate lasting change.

Building Self-Awareness

In Jungian psychology, a school of thought that emphasizes the significance of the individual's psyche and the exploration of the personal unconscious and collective unconscious, she has found a profound and effective tool for understanding and aiding her clients' inner journeys.

In conjunction with her work in depth psychology, which seeks to uncover the relationship between unconscious processes and behavioral patterns, Nina creates a therapeutic environment where clients can safely explore their subconscious mind and its influence on their lives.
